1. What sizes do you offer for kids' kits?

We currently offer kids' kits in sizes ranging from 4-16, following this general guide:

  • Size 4: Ages 3–4 - (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 16)

  • Size 6: Ages 4–6- (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 18)

  • Size 8: Ages 6–8- (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 20)

  • Size 10: Ages 8–10- (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 22)

  • Size 12: Ages 10–12- (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 24)

  • Size 14: Ages 12–13- (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 26)

  • Size 16: Ages 13–15- (APPEAR IN THE KIT LIKE SIZE 28)

Please note: Fit may vary slightly depending on your child’s height and build. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

2. Are your jerseys official?

Our jerseys are high-quality replicas, not official licensed products. We work with trusted suppliers to bring you top-tier designs at affordable prices so that every young player can feel like a star on the pitch — without paying premium prices.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard delivery: 4–12 business days depending on your location

Please note: Delays may occur during holiday seasons or busy sale periods.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your Sendle tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to your door.

5. Can I exchange a jersey if it doesn’t fit?

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for unworn jerseys in original condition with tags attached.
If the size doesn’t fit or there’s a manufacturing issue, send us an email and we’ll help you with the exchange.

6. Can I return or cancel my order?

We do not offer refunds unless required by law. If you made a mistake or ordered the wrong size, contact us before the order is processed, and we’ll try to help.

7. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

If you realize the address is incorrect, email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll try to correct it.
Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes, but you may be able to contact the courier directly to request a redirection.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we focus on shipping within Australia, but international shipping will be available soon. Stay tuned!

9. How should I wash the jerseys?

To keep your jersey looking fresh:

  • Wash in cold water

  • Use a gentle cycle

  • Avoid bleach

  • Air-dry (no dryer) to preserve the fabric and prints

10. What’s the difference between your kits and official player jerseys?

Our jerseys are unofficial, high-quality replicas, perfect for fans and young players.
They're made for comfort, durability, and style, offering an affordable way to wear your team’s colors — whether they're current or throwback designs.

11. Can I choose the jersey in a Mystery Kit?

Mystery Kits are designed to be a surprise experience that’s part of the fun! You won’t know which jersey you’ll get, but rest assured: we only include top-quality kits that we’d wear ourselves.
